The Rooted Care Collective is the most comprehensive expression of care for your Birth and Postpartum season, weaving together Root Into You, Root Into Community, and Root Into Environment into one interconnected offering.
Held within this collective:
Two prenatal visits: comfort measures, partner inclusion & labour preparation.
Six hours of nesting support: home preparation, clearing, sibling care & practical tending.
On-call availability begins at 38 weeks continues until birth, with continuous steady labour support and a back up Doula.
Twelve hours of postpartum support: newborn and sibling care, home tending, light nourishment and postpartum integration.
Three Root into Community offerings: Gift card provided for chosen services, childcare included.
Access to lending library and evidence based resources.
Investment: $1600

This is an offering of steady presence through your pregnancy, birth, and the tender unfolding of the postpartum season. Support is intuitive & responsive tending to the emotional, physical, and environmental layers of your birth experience.
Held within this collective:Two prenatal visits: comfort measures, partner inclusion & labour preparation.
On-call availability begins at 38 weeks continues until birth, with continuous steady labour support and a back up Doula.

Investment: $40 hourly or eight hour package $240. Ongoing support available at a discounted rate of $30/hour. -

A three month process of remembering who you are, unfolding slowly and intentionally, allowing real change to root. Care is deeply personalized and responsive, unfolding in collaboration with you. Together, we lead with curiosity and explore systems of care that feel supportive, nourishing, and sustainable.
Held within this collective:Three 1:1 personal discovery sessions: meaningful connection and creative expression exercises.
Nine hours of environmental support: reorganization, clearing, creating.
Nourishment focused on enjoyment and sustainability: Collaborative grocery store visit and recipes rooted in your preferences.
Three Root into Community offering: Gift card provided for chosen service.
Access to lending library and evidence based resources.
Investment: $900

Root Into Environment
This root tends to the environments that hold daily life. Through organizing, deep resetting and thoughtful care, we invite your space to become a living part of your story. It can spark joy, hold grief, and nurture restoration. Together, we welcome a deeply human truth: our spaces can hold the complexity of our lives, becoming a canvas through transition.

Nesting support tends to your environment as it becomes a place of arrival. A thoughtfully prepared home can create space for rest, bonding and receiving. This offering is most supportive during pregnancy and the early postpartum sesason.
Held within this collective:Three hours of home preparation, clearing, deep organization and intuitive space creation. This nurtures connection and supports the rhythms of daily life.
Three hours with a trusted Root into Community cleaning company.

Memory Lane tends the practical details, sensory experience, and emotional layers of home while carrying forward the threads that matter most. Whether releasing a long-held house, creating a first space of your own, moving through a shifting family landscape, or exploring how your environment can meet the season you’re in, together, we honour the life you’ve lived while opening to what is next.
Held within this collective:Active listening and thoughtful reflection to preserving what has been lived through legacy documents, memory notes, or keepsake journals.
Meaningful decluttering and sorting carrying forward what belongs in the next chapter while releasing or allowing other keepsakes to find continued life beyond the home.
Relocation support including logistical coordination, optional moving-day presence, intentional unpacking and arrangement of the new space with follow up check in’s.
Collaboration with a trusted Root into Community cleaning company for either move out or 1 month after move in.

Connection & Discover
We begin by connecting, either virtually or in a chosen location. This is an opportunity to explore whether Ethereal Root Wellness offerings are the right fit for you. You’re welcome to ask questions and gain clarity on available offerings.. Support can begin on an hourly basis, or as discounted package rate for those seeking ongoing, deeper continuity of care.
Root Into
Together we move into the care plan we’ve shaped, at a pace that respects your energy and capacity. This stage is responsive and collaborative, welcoming care to evolve, soften, or pause, as needed. Whether tending to yourself, your family, your environment, or within community, care moves with you. Here, hourly support and package-based care is interchangeable throughout this process.
The Continuing Thread
My intention is for this relationship to remain open and accessible. Additional hours can be added at any time without obligation or explanation, allowing support to resume or deepen. What remains here is a continuity of care, that allows you to return without re-establishing what has already been built. Ongoing connection within community always remains available.
