Our home is filled with plants, and I’m learning to tend an outdoor vegetable garden, deepening my connection to self through the wonder of playing in the soil. I find that same connection atop a mountain, through movement, in water, and around a fire… places where I can be fully witnessed and reminded how courageous it is to simply be.

Glimmer moments have softened the way I linger in something sweet, even just for a moment longer. The crackle of ice beneath my feet, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the rustle as the wind greets the trees, a fleeting connection that doesn’t ask for attention but holds it anyway. Easy to miss, but when they land, they do so fully.

I’m drawn to creating environments that are truly reflective of the people living within them. A space can hold so much. It witnesses joy, supports grief, sparks inspiration, and carries what words sometimes can’t. Through clearing, intentional care and small sensory details, a home can begin to open into connection.

I try to stay connected to a sense of childhood wonder, where the journey holds as much joy as the destination. Through coloring, puzzles, board games, and crafting with flowers and herbs, I find myself in moments where curiosity leads and creativity unfolds naturally. Getting lost in the process, learning intuitively, and following what feels good allows me to deepen in a way that is playful and expressive.

Life is shared with two wonderful dogs, Booradley and Smudge. Together they fill my days with love and quiet reminders to slow down, often through impromptu snuggles. They follow the sunshine from room to room, stretching out in its warmth but will decline anything outdoors in the rain, no matter how much I insist it’s meant for dancing.
